As extended arms of the Pastor, we minister to the congregation as his representatives in matters that will further the growth of the church. As Deacons, it is our responsibility to attend the needs of the members as related to the spiritual and temporal needs that may arise. We are passionate about developing a more Christ-like congregation and committed to the standard of ministry proclaimed by the written Word of God.

"For they have used the office of a deacon well purchase to themselves a good degree, and great boldness in the faith which is Christ Jesus". 1Timothy 3:13 KJV

As Deaconess, it is our mission to provide support to the church under the spiritual guidance of the Pastor and Deacons. To assist with carrying out ordinances of the church to include Baptism and Holy Communion as well as visiting the sick at home and in hospitals. Provide spiritual counseling to females of the church and instruction for single women, wives and young teens in church etiquette and church protocol and general matters.

"I commend unto you Phebe our sister, which is a servant of the church which is at Cenchrea: That ye receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you: for she hath been a succourer of many, and of myself also." Romans 16:1-2 KJV

To assist the Pastor in making worship service a success by greeting each worshipper with a warm welcome and pleasant smile, putting the congregation in the right frame of mind to receive God's message. It is also our duty to ensure that order is kept in and around the church at all times and to do whatever possible to contribute to the advancement of the Kingdom of God and this church.

"For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than dwell in the tents of wickedness." Psalms 84:10 KJV

To provide supplementary support to the Pastor and his family spiritually, personally and professionally. To lead the congregation in fulfilling the Biblical responsibilities of providing for the Pastor and to aid him that he may faithfully and effectively fulfill his pastoral responsibilities.
As the Trustee Ministry, our mission is to be good Stewards of the church's finances, the management of the church's assets and maintenance of God's house of worship and other church owned property.
The Nurses Guild mission is to provide comfort, support and first aid/CPR when needed, under the guidelines of the American Heart Association, to the Pastor, church members and visitors during regular worship services, funerals and special events. We will also strive to serve the health needs of our congregation by promoting health maintenance awareness and by providing comfort measures during time of sickness.

"Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth." 3 John 2 KJV
